Kieran Tierney has revealed his nickname in the Arsenal dressing room is ‘hooligan’.
The Scotland international signed from Celtic in the summer of 2019 and has since established himself as one of Mikel Arteta’s most consistent performers, helping the Spaniard cement the North Londoners’ backline.
Now the talented full-back has spoken about what his teammates call him in the dressing room.
“When I go to practice they jokingly call me a hooligan for what I’m wearing,” Tierney said in an interview with The Face.
“I like CP a lot and Stone Island a lot. I have Adidas jackets and I particularly like the [adidas] Special range.”
Tierney also spoke about the players with the worst dress sense at the club, naming Nicolas Pepe, Pablo Mari and Aaron Ramsdale as three candidates.
He added: “Worst dressed is difficult because there are a lot of them. Pepe wears a lot of tracksuits, but I respect tracksuits so he wouldn’t be the worst – but he wears a bit too many tracksuits.
“With Cedric Soares everything is tight – he has to bring tight jeans to the tailor to tighten them up. Pablo Mari might be the worst but he just left. And Aaron Ramsdale has a mental sense of dressing.

“I respect the boldness but he puts on a full Gucci tracksuit with a Gucci bucket hat and Gucci trainers.
“So I would say that the worst dressed is Cédric, because it’s so tight!”
