Skiing legend Lindsey Vonn had the most bizarre plan to treat his injuries after retirement – “I’m betting on…”

Have you ever loved something so much that you decided not to care about anything else as long as you had that thing in your life? Well, maybe Olympic champion Lindsey Vonn did it with skiing. The skiing legend was so passionate about the sport that she decided not to worry about her injuries for a while. In fact, she had the craziest post-retirement plan regarding her physical health while she was still competing.

The skiing legend Lindsey Vonn had several injuries during his career. Some of them were horrible. However, for this, she never really hated sports. Not even for a brief second. Maybe all those injuries and setbacks made her stronger and more passionate about skiing.

Lindsey Vonn had a crazy plan she was counting on

The American skier has come to terms with the fact that skiing is an extreme sport and injuries are an inevitable part of it. Therefore, instead of thinking about injuries, she kept her full attention on her game. Moreover, she had a definite plan to heal her injuries after retirement.

In one of the interviews, while she was still competing, Lindsey said, “I mean, I’m sure – here’s the thing. I really hope, and that’s what I’m betting on. I bet medical science will be at one stage. When I’m done skiing, they’ll find just something to fix my knee.
